Terms of Service (T.O.S)

• Please read through my terms thoroughly, make sure you understand them before accepting them!
• I recommend checking my art guidelines and queue before deciding if I'm the right artist for you.
• If you need help or have a question, please check my F.A.Q or ask me!

• All commissioners must be 18+ to align with Paypal's UK T.O.S. I may ask to see proof of a valid ID to confirm a commissioners age before proceeding or accepting any payments.• All of my artwork whether it's a commissioned piece, personal piece, fan art etc. is at it's most lax; for personal use only. Specific permissions depend on a piece by piece basis, please check my F.A.Q for more precise information!• All artwork I produce is digital only. No physical versions can or will be made to be sent to a commissioner or anyone else. I currently have no plans or the equipment needed to make and ship any physical products, if you see any with my artwork on or a part of, they were not made by me, with my knowledge or permission (unless it's a commissioner and of their commission for their own, personal use).• If you wish to purchase any additional or commercial rights for your commission, please ask me. It will incur additional fees/charges.• Unless stated otherwise by myself or requested by the commissioner, there is a chance I may livestream the creation of any SFW commissions in my queue. Please let me know as soon as possible if you absolutely do NOT want the creation of your commission to be livestreamed.
Not all commissions will be livestreamed however, there is currently no guarantee or extra fee to be paid for this opportunity, for now it is only a possibility dependant on multiple outside factors.• It is up to the commissioner to provide me with clear, up to date visual references. Preferably digital files or at least, a digital colour swatch/pallet. Unless you've paid for a "custom character" commission, I do not work solely from written descriptions. If you wish to send me your own mock-up sketches or stock images, you're more than welcome to!• Please be clear and concise with your desired commission plan. If I'm not given clear instruction, I may use my own artistic freedom.• You may send some flavour text, a character bio or a short piece about your character to go with any visual references if you wish, but it's not required. I may use artistic freedom to fill in any blanks.• The commissioner is welcome (and encouraged) to make me aware of any changes wanted or needed for their commission during the drafting / sketching phase, please don't be shy. Changes requested after sketching may incur additional fees, depending on their complexity and how much work may need to be scrapped.• If at any stage of the commission, I myself make a mistake, notify me and I will correct it as soon as possible and free of charge.• Changes cannot be made to a finished commission that has been given the "final approval" from the commissioner and their file(s) received unless it's an error on my part. Please be absolutely, undoubtedly certain that you're satisfied with your commission first!• After a commissioner gives their final approval for their commission, I will send a .png and a .jpg version of their art. The .jpg version can have a watermark of the commissioners' chosen username added if desired.

Payment, methods, payment plans etc.;
• Payments are currently taken through PayPal only.• You can pay up front and in full or after you approve a draft for refining and lining. No work will be done to your commission beyond this point until I receive the full payment owed.• You must send your payment(s) through "Goods & Services" or I can send you an invoice with breakdown. After we've agreed on a price and payment method, the commissioner has a maximum of 48 hours to pay the required amount from when I request it. If this doesn't happen the commission will be cancelled and you may be blacklisted, unless we have discussed and agreed otherwise.• My currency is GBP (Great British Pounds) but I list USD (United States Dollar) too for the majority of my audience.
Please note: The GBP <-> USD conversions I display are updated with every revision of my prices, taken directly from Google and rounded up or down to the nearest whole $ amount. They may not be 100% accurate at the time of commissioning me due to how frequently currencies and their value fluctuate, however, conversions will be rechecked upon enquiring about a commission before payment so we can agree on a price.

Refunds, cancellations, blacklisting etc.;
• If I, the artist, cancel your commission slot for any reason, you will receive a full refund as soon as possible.• A refunded, cancelled, discarded etc. commission or draft may be reused and recycled into another commission or similar.• Discarding a draft, cancelling your commission, being blacklisted and your commission scrapped etc. means you also revoke your right to use any part of that piece in any way (includes "Works in Progress"), unless we have discussed otherwise.• Refunds can not and will not be given for fully completed commissions that had the commissioners final approval.• If a refund is requested before any work beyond the drafting stage has started, you will receive the full amount back as soon as possible.•If refining, lining, colouring etc. has started and you request a refund, you may only be entitled to a partial refund with the amount depending on how much work has already been done.

Commissioner and artwork rights;
• Commissions are only for the commissioners personal use, no commercial uses are permitted (at all) and no one other than the commissioner is allowed to claim personal uses / rights to the commission.• A commissioner is permitted to; display and/or use on personal accounts, print out, make personal custom items etc. with their commission, so long as it's only for their exclusive, personal use and nothing commercial or profitable.• No one (commissioners included) is permitted to; use commercially or profit from, trace, remove or obscure any watermarks / credits, edit, claim to have made or own... any of my artwork. This includes using the artwork for anything to do with NFT's or AI's.• Commissioners (or anyone else) can not and do not have the authority or any permission from myself to give another person the rights to change, edit, trace, add to, alter, "finish" etc. any artwork by me without asking first.• Commissioners have the right to alert me as soon as possible that they do not want the possibility of their SFW commission being livestreamed, for any reason.• If you wish to use your commission in any commercial/profitable way, please bring it up with me so we can discuss licensing fees and terms that will come with it. Only the commissioner of the piece may gain these rights to their commission. I will not licence any fan art, personal art, gifts or other peoples commissions to anyone other than the original commissioner.

My rights, as the artist;
• I reserve the right to refuse accepting a commission or commission idea for any reason, which I do not have to disclose.• I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, giving immediate notice to the commissioner.• I reserve the right to blacklist a commissioner or potential commissioner should I feel the need to or if my terms have been broken.• I reserve the right to change my T.O.S or Prices at any time. This will not affect anyone in my queue at the time of edits.• I reserve the right to charge additional fees for complex commissions, character designs, requested edits after the draft phase (excluding any errors by myself) and additional variants of your commission.• I reserve the right to possibly livestream the creation of any SFW commissions in my queue, unless the commissioner has informed me prior that they do NOT want this to occur.
There is currently no guarantee that SFW art in my queue will be definitely livestreamed, only a possibility dependant on multiple outside factors.• I have the rights and own the full copyright to any of the artwork I produce as the artist and may use it as I see fit, but I will never claim to own your character(s) in any way.• I have the right to post or display the finished commission on my galleries but also any Works In Progress I see fit, unless we have agreed otherwise.• I do not give out original .sai, .sai2, .psd, .clip, .xcf or unwatermarked files / copies of any of my artwork, unless we have discussed and agreed on something beforehand.• I will not continue to profit from a commission containing your character(s) once it's complete, unless we have agreed on something otherwise.

However, my "adopts"/mini refs have some unique allowances and terms of service of their own. By purchasing one you agree that you've read through and agreed to my standard Terms of Service and these "adoptable specific" terms below;- You are permitted to; add to, remove, edit etc. the adopt/mini ref in ways you see fit. By yourself or by another artist.
Credit for my work on the adopt/mini ref is still required if it's edited in any way, additional artists should be credited for their work also.- You are not permitted to; remove my watermark from the original adopt/mini ref, use the original adopt/mini ref for profit or commercially.- You don't need to ask; my permission to sell the design on for any reason with or without additional work, what edits you can or can't do, to get the design/mini ref remade by another artist or yourself.• Clicking on a design's image will take you to my SFW art only Twitter for a larger image. When a design is sold, it's image here and any posts elsewhere will be removed.

• Can I use or repost your artwork? Even if I'm not a commissioner?
It depends, but absolutely no to any commercial uses of any kind. That includes crypto, minting, NFTs, AI training, data sets etc.
If the artwork is of my own personal characters, no. I don't permit anyone to use, repost, edit, trace, profit from, remove any watermarks or credits, claim you own or made etc. those pieces in any way, shape or form.
If the artwork is a commission I've done for someone, please ask them for permission to use or repost the piece. Credit as the artist is required and so is credit to the owner of the character if you are given permission. But you are not allowed to edit, trace, profit from, remove any watermarks or credits, claim you own or made etc. it.
If the artwork is something like a piece of fan art, you are welcome to repost or use it. You are however not permitted to profit from, remove any watermarks or credits, claim you own or created it. I would appreciate credit as the artist.• What will/won't you draw?
I'm happy to draw most things even if it's not something I've drawn before or am familiar with, however, there are some things that I am uncomfortable drawing and/or do not wish to associate with personally.

Not very often, but if I do, proof of being at least 18 or over will be required.• Can I use your artwork/my commission for NFT's/AI generations &/or training?
No. Absolutely not.• Can I commission just a background? And what can I use it for?
Yes, the price would start my usual price for complex backgrounds and from there you can add complex shading for my usual rate.
Like ALL my commissions, the background would only be for your personal use, no one else's and not for anything commercial, unless you wish to discuss licencing with me. Commission rights can be viewed in my Terms Of Service.• Do you make and/or ship physical badges, stickers, prints, items etc?
No and I currently have no plans to do so. Any physical items of/or containing my artwork were not made by me. Only commissioners may make their commission into a physical item, so long as it is for their personal use only, nothing and no one else(s).• Can you draw fan art of [character] for my commission?
Unless I'm given full permission from the owner, copyright or trademark holder, I can't and don't accept commissions for fan art.• Can my commission include one of your characters?
Of course, all you have to do is ask! My characters will cost 50% of the additional character rate for your specific commission type.• I can't see an example of what I'd like to commission?
You're always welcome to tell me your idea(s) and we'll discuss the exact pricing together.• How many WIP's / Previews do I get?
As many as you want!
I by default, send WIP's for every "stage" of work, from the rough drafts down to finalization. If you want more please, just ask me any time.• Somethings wrong... / Can I change [this] in my commission?
If I have clearly made a mistake, I will rectify it with no additional charges despite any past approval or stage of completion.
Changes to your commission that aren't an error and are just a change of mind, may incur additional fees depending on the complexity of the change plus any time and work lost in applying the change.
No changes can or will be made to a commission once it's been given a "final ok" by the commissioner. Please be absolutely certain with your piece when finalizing your commission.• What files / file types will I receive?
You will get: a big, higher resolution .png file and a smaller, lower resolution .jpg file. Both will contain my watermark / signature on the image but less 'obvious' on the .png, plus your own watermark if you desire.• If I pay you extra can I be first in the queue / keep my commission private / etc.?

These lists may not contain every single thing I am or am not comfortable or super confident to draw, but they are subject to change and/or expand at any time.

• In a different art style to the ones I currently offer or mimicking another artists art style.
• "Hate art" or art made to purposefully mock / be disrespectful.
• Characters that are not your own (unless permission can be provided).
• + Some more "extreme" kinks / fetishes.
• Adult or mature art of under aged or "child coded" characters.
• Adult or mature art of "feral" or non-anthropomorphic animal characters, regardless of sentience.
• Realistic, real-life animal "bits" in adult or mature art.I will HAPPILY draw;
• Humans, Humanoids, Furries, Taurs, Animals, Fusions, Monsters / Beasts, Robots / Mechas, Aliens, Fantasy / Mythical / Folklore... Basically any species.
• More "complex" character designs, objects or backgrounds.
