Terms of Service (T.O.S)
• Please read through my terms thoroughly, make sure you understand them before accepting them!
• I recommend checking my art guidelines before deciding if I'm the right artist for you.
• If you need help or have a question, please check my F.A.Q, ask me or ask my partner; Pheebeee_!
• All of my artwork whether it's a commissioned piece, personal piece, fan art etc. is at it's most lax; for personal use only. Specific permissions depend on a piece by piece basis, please check my F.A.Q for more precise information!• All artwork I produce is digital only for now. Commissioners may make physical items or versions of their commission themselves for their own personal use if they wish.• If you wish to purchase any additional or commercial rights for your commission, please ask! It will incur an additional fee.• I may livestream any SFW commissions in my queue. If you do not want this possibility, please let me know as soon as possible. There are no guarantees or extra fees to pay for this service right now.• It is up to the commissioner to provide me with clear, up to date visual references. Preferably digital files or at least, a digital colour pallet unless we've agreed to work from text only.
If you wish to send your own mock-up sketches or stock images, you're more than welcome to!• Please be clear and concise with your desired commission plan. If I'm not given clear instructions, I may use my own artistic freedom.• You may send some flavour text, a character bio or a short piece about your character to go with any visual references if you wish, but it's not required. I may use artistic freedom to fill in any blanks.• The commissioner is welcome (and encouraged) to make me aware of any changes wanted or needed for their commission during the drafting / sketching phase, please don't be shy. Changes requested after sketching will incur additional fees, depending on their complexity and how much work may need to be scrapped.• If at any stage of the commission I myself make a mistake, please notify me and I will correct it as soon as possible and free of charge.• Changes cannot be made to a finished commission that has been given the "final approval" from the commissioner and their file(s) received unless it's an error on my part. Please be absolutely, undoubtedly certain that you're satisfied with your commission before we seal the deal!• I will notify the commissioner of updates when moving onto the next phase of their commission or if there's a substantial delay, however the commissioner is welcome to request WIPs or updates whenever they wish, within reason.• After a commissioner gives their final approval for their commission, I will send a .png and a .jpg version of their art. The .jpg version can have a watermark of the commissioners' chosen username added into it if desired.

Payment, methods, payment plans etc.;
• Payments are currently taken via; Ko-Fi & Paypal either via myself or my partner Pheebeee_!• You can pay up front and in full or after you approve a draft. No work will be done to your commission beyond this point until I receive the full payment owed.• After we've agreed on a price and payment method, the commissioner has a maximum of 72 hours to pay the required amount from when I request it. If this doesn't happen the commission will be cancelled, the slot freed up and you may be blacklisted, unless we have discussed and agreed otherwise.

Refunds, cancellations, blacklisting etc.;
• If I, the artist, cancel your commission slot for any reason, you will receive a full refund as soon as possible.• A refunded, cancelled, discarded etc. commission or draft may be reused and recycled into another commission or similar.• Discarding a draft, cancelling your commission, being blacklisted and your commission scrapped etc. means you also revoke your right to use any part of that piece in any way (including "Works in Progress"), unless we have discussed otherwise.• Refunds can not and will not be given for fully completed commissions that have the commissioners final approval.• If a refund is requested before any work beyond the drafting stage has started, you will receive the full amount back as soon as possible.•If refining, lining, colouring etc. has started and you request a refund, you may only be entitled to a partial refund with the amount depending on how much work has already been done.

Commissioner and artwork rights;
• Commissions are only for the commissioners personal use, commercial rights can be discussed and purchased as an addition.• Commissioners (or others) do not have any permission to give another person the rights to change, edit, trace, add to, alter, "finish" etc. any artwork by me. including their commission, without asking me first.• Commissioners are not to use any artwork I produce, including their commission, for AI training, NFTs and the like.• Commissioners always retain the rights to their personal characters in the artwork I produce. However, I retain my rights to the art I produce itself.

My rights, as the artist;
• I reserve the right to refuse accepting a commission or commission idea for any reason, which I do not have to disclose.• I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, giving immediate notice to the commissioner.• I reserve the right to blacklist a commissioner or potential commissioner should I feel the need to or if my terms have been broken.• I reserve the right to change my T.O.S, prices or guidelines at any time. This will not affect anyone in my queue at the time of edits.• I reserve the right to charge additional fees for complex commissions, character designs, requested edits after the draft phase (excluding errors by myself) and additional variants of your commission.• I reserve the right to possibly livestream any SFW commissions in my queue, unless the commissioner has informed me prior that they do not want this to occur.
There is currently no guarantee my queue will be livestreamed, only a possibility dependant on multiple outside factors.• I have the rights and own the full copyright to any of the artwork I produce as the artist and may use it as I see fit, but I will never claim to own your personal character(s) in any way.• I have the right to post or display the finished commission on my galleries but also any Works In Progress I see fit, unless we have agreed otherwise.• I do not give out original .sai, .sai2, .psd, .clip, .xcf or unwatermarked files / copies of any of my artwork, unless we have discussed and agreed on something beforehand.• I will not continue to profit from a commission containing your character(s) once it's complete, unless we have agreed on something otherwise.

Note: Please be aware that my commissions are solely a "business transaction" between parties, art I am commissioned to produce will most likely NOT reflect any of my personal tastes, ideals, opinions etc.
As a very small artist, I may not be fully aware of a persons (previous or current) online "presence".

By sending your payment(s) to confirm a commission slot, you acknowledge and agree to reading through, understanding and accepting this Terms of Service.If you do not agree to or understand anything within these terms, please speak to myself first or do not use my services.Breaking or failing to follow this Terms of Service may result in terminating your commission slot immediately and / or being blacklisted from any further purchases from myself.

Depends on the character(s) owner(s), please ask them first but always remember to credit the art AND the characters! If the piece is of my personal characters, it's a hard no.
Unless we've discussed otherwise, no usage of any of my work is allowed commercially/for profit.• What will/won't you draw?
I'm happy to draw most things even if it's not something I've drawn before or am familiar with, however, there are some things that I am uncomfortable drawing and/or do not wish to associate with personally.
Please check my art guidelines thoroughly!• How long could my commission take?
I am a rather slow artist due to being very busy day-to-day and often having no concrete schedule (life is hectic and unpredictable!). If you feel your commission is taking too long, please bring it up with me and we can discuss what to do next. Including the subject of refunds.• Do you do free art or art trades?
Not any more, sorry. Art trades are reserved for my close friends or my partner only.• Do you take NSFW commissions?
Yes, proof of being at least 18 or over will be required.• Can I commission just a background? And what can I use it for?
Yes! The price would be my Full Shaded Background rate, just on it's own. The same rules and rights apply to background pieces the same as a standard commission.• Do you make and/or ship physical badges, stickers, prints, items etc?
No and I currently have no plans or the funds to do so, sorry. Commissioners are more than welcome to make or have made (please ask!) physical items of their commission for their own personal use!• Can you draw fan art of [character] for my commission?
Unless I'm given full permission from the owner, copyright or trademark holder, I can't and don't accept commissions for fan art.• Can my commission include one of your characters?
Of course! All you have to do is ask. My characters will cost just 25% of the additional character rate for your commission.• I can't see an example of what I'd like to commission?
You're always welcome to tell me your idea(s) and we'll discuss the exact pricing together.• How many WIP's / Previews do I get?
As many as you want!
I by default, send WIP's for every "stage" of work, from the rough drafts down to finalization. If you want more please, just ask me any time but please be reasonable!• Somethings wrong... / Can I change [this] in my commission?
If I have clearly made a mistake, I'll rectify it with no additional charge despite any past approval or stage of completion.
Changes to your commission that aren't an error and are just a change of mind, may incur additional fees depending on the complexity of the change plus any time and work lost in applying the change.
No changes can or will be made to a commission once it's been given a "final ok" by the commissioner. Please be absolutely certain with your piece when finalizing your commission!• What files / file types will I receive?
You will get: a big, higher resolution .png file and a smaller, lower resolution .jpg file. Both will contain my watermark / signature on the image but less 'obvious' on the .png, plus your own watermark or handle if you desire.• If I pay you extra can I be first in the queue / keep my commission private / etc.?

My art guidelines: What I won't & will draw
These lists may not contain every single thing I am or am not comfortable or super confident to draw, but they are subject to change and/or expand at any time.
If you have a question or wish to pitch an idea that isn't listed, please message me anytime and I'll reply as soon as I'm able to.+ - Will require further discussion with the commissioner.
I will DEFINITELY NOT draw / create;
• Copyrighted or Trademarked characters (applies to commissions only), without expressed permission from rights holders.
• In a different style to the ones I currently offer or mimicking another artists style.
• "Hate art" or art made to purposefully mock / be disrespectful / stir up drama / etc.
• Characters that are not your own, unless permission can be provided or it's a gift.
• Adult or mature art of under aged or "child coded" characters.
• Adult or mature art of "feral" or non-anthropomorphic animal characters, regardless of sentience.
• Very Realistic, real-life animal "bits" in adult or mature art.
• Comic pages or a collection of pieces for 1 commission.
• Bases for adoptable, reference sheets etc. (In my own time, maybe one day!)
• Live 2D (or similar) characters ready for rigging. (I need more practise first!)I will HAPPILY draw / create;
• Humans, Humanoids, Furries, Taurs, Animals, Fusions, Monsters / Beasts, Robots / Mechas, Aliens, Fantasy / Mythical / Folklore... Basically any species!
• More "complex" character designs, objects or backgrounds.
• + Reference Sheets.
• + PNG-tubers for veadotube-mini (or a similar structure of upto 4 frames).
• Characters with a few or many; Tattoos, piercings, scars, markings etc.
• Characters with extra, absent or replacement body parts etc.
• Large and / or multiple sets of wings, tails or horns etc.
• LGBTQA+ characters, couples, triads, polycules etc.
